Beach. We ask if you mail or e-mail it, it must come from an identifiable source so that we may address questions about your concerns. Any of your comments, suggestions, or concerns can
also be brought up at the monthly board meetings as well.

Pavilion and Recreation Area Parking Reservations
The Pavilion is available to all residents but please send in a request so we can post it to let the other homeowners know.
It will now be necessary to leave a $50 deposit which will be fully refunded upon cleanup of the area.

Solicitation of any kind is not allowed in our Neighborhood. A sign is prominently located at our entrance. If you have solicitors knocking at your door please inform them of our policy and by all means do not support or endorse them. Thank You HBHOA
