Annual Assessment
Dear homeowner,
This is an official notice that the collection for the Annual Assessment (also known as HOA Dues) for 2026 is now open. Please see below for instructions on paying the annual
HOA dues in a timely manner to avoid late fees. The dues are as follows:
Payment of $740.00 no later than 2/15/2026 (early bird discount) OR
Full payment of $775.00 due no later than 3/15/2026
Please keep in mind our dues are only paid once per year! As always, anyone not able to meet this payment schedule may, through arrangements made prior to 3/15/2026, have other terms
agreed upon. Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 late fee as well as interest fees. Non-payment of the Annual Assessment will result in a lien being placed on the property following Florida’s
720 Statutes.
We are pleased to offer Zelle as a payment option for your annual assessment dues. Our Zelle tag is HBHOA1 (that is the letters H-B-H-O-A followed by the numeral one). Be sure to
check for any errors when adding this recipient to your zelle contacts. You should see a message that HBHOA1 is enrolled with Zelle as Hidden Beach Homeowners’ Association.
If you are mailing in your payment, please be certain to pay the amount which coincides with the postmark date on the envelope. Please be mindful of weekends or holidays that may
impact the postmark date. For example, both February and March 15th are on Sunday this year, so be sure to plan ahead.
Payment must be a check mailed to our P. O. Box or paid via Zelle. This helps us to ensure proper record keeping and accountability! We cannot accept payments in hand.
